What is your return/exchange policy?
All orders are made to order and therefore we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If there is an error on our end, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. The item must not have been worn and you must provide your name, order number, order details, reason for seeking a return/exchange, and pictures of the item in the communication. You will also be responsible for all return shipping costs.
What is your shipping policy?
Items are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We cannot control any errors or delays made by USPS.
If it is an international order, we are not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Nor are we responsible for any delays due to customs.
